Solar Energy Powers the Bulding

After moving to Pingshan at the end of 2024, our new energy equipment will start operating. The photovoltaic panels in Pingshan are expected to generate approximately 600,000 kilowatt-hours per year, which is about 50,000 kilowatt-hours per month. This initiative currently reduce our reliance on fossil fuels and cutting carbon emissions at the source. 

NO Gas Pollution

To minimize gas waste, the Wet Scrubber in Pingshan has a treatment capacity of 180,000 m³/h, effectively managing all gas emissions from the factory during the manufacturing process. Through consistent monitoring and process improvements, we significantly reduce volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, creating a healthier environment for both employees and the surrounding community.

Smart Building Systems

Our buildings are integrated with intelligent control systems that optimize energy use in real-time. For our big showroom, we could control the time and brightness through the system. These smart upgrades help us reduce energy waste, improve operational efficiency, and create a more comfortable, sustainable workplace for our teams.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We're actively supporting the shift to clean transportation with on-site EV charging stations available to employees and guests. These stations make it easier for our teams to choose electric mobility and reduce their commuting carbon footprint. 

Office Energy-Saving Initiatives

We empower every employee to contribute to sustainability through practical, everyday actions:

  • Energy-saving guidelines and internal campaigns encourage everyone to turn off unused equipment and lighting.
  • Shared resources, such as multifunction printers and digital workflows, reduce unnecessary paper and power consumption.

R Fund: Spreading Hope and Love

The R Fund, established by ROE Visual's General Manager, Mr. Lu Chen, was created in response to the devastating 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. Officially launched in July 2013, the fund represents our strong commitment to social responsibility and compassion.

Over the years, the R Fund has supported children from underprivileged backgrounds by providing access to education and essential living materials. It has also offered financial assistance to ROE employees facing serious illnesses and extended aid to individuals and communities affected by natural disasters.

Driven by empathy and a strong sense of purpose, we actively seek out those in need, offering a helping hand whenever possible. Through these efforts, we aim to create a more caring and inclusive society. Our journey continues, along with our unwavering dedication to making a positive difference.
