Summary: ROE Visual Europe is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist for its Leek office to bridge the gap between complex LED engineering and commercial sales. This 32–40 hour role involves preparing technical quotes, advising on high-end display configurations, and coordinating international projects. About the Role
ROE Visual Europe BV is looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our Sales team. You will combine technical knowledge with a customer-focused, commercial mindset, preparing quotes, advising customers on our high-end LED display solutions, and supporting the sales process from first request through handover. Working closely with sales, marketing and technical support teams, you will help deliver successful projects across rental and staging, virtual production, film and broadcast, and fixed installations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support throughout the entire sales process
- Advise customers on specifications, installation options and customized solutions
- Prepare and develop quotations including technical configurations and calculations
- Translate customer requirements into concrete technical solutions
- Support project preparations and installation planning
- Answer technical questions from customers, dealers and partners
- Check technical documentation such as installation diagrams and datasheets
- Coordinate sample requests and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with field service, logistics and service to ensure smooth project execution
Who You Are
- Technical background and affinity with AV systems, LED technology or electrical engineering
- Experience with CRM/ERP and/or AutoCAD/Vectorworks is a plus
- Experience in a technical-commercial role
- Analytical; able to build technical configurations
- Clear communicator; able to explain complex technical topics simply
- Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Structured, accurate and customer-oriented
- Comfortable switching between technical and commercial topics
- Able to prioritize multiple requests/projects at once
- Team player who contributes to a professional team culture
