MARKETING COORDINATOR - US OFFICE

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Coordinator provides the following contributions to the team:

  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases
  • Develop and ongoing maintenance of ROE website

 Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and qualifications under your belt:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Entertainment industry
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with our international locations
