Shenzhen, China (December 2023) - December marks another remarkable milestone for NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency) as they join forces again with ARK ventures, to unveil the expansion of the NIPA KOVAC XR STAGE for the 3rd time, featuring ROE Visual displays.
